We checked in quite late and it was just for a night staying. Monica was at the front desk and welcomed us very kindly! Everything went smoothly with Monica’s help also pleasant conversation!
I have been a resident off and on for a month now, not by choice. My first interaction with Monica was so pleasant. Every time I’m asked Miss Desiree where would you like to have reservations, I say the Residence Inn. I love the huge smile every time I approach the front desk! Monica is amazing and provides excellent hospitality. I would refer Residence Inn to anyone who may ask for a nice relaxing place to reserve. First and foremost, Monica at the front desk was wonderful. She took the extra time and effort to really welcome me in a genuine way, and also recommended parking options the next time I fly out of DEN. The rooms were very clean, updated, and quiet. I’ll be staying here whenever I have an early flight out of Denver.
Checked in with my two cats during a road trip, and Monica was so helpful and lovely!!! She made me feel very at ease. It’s amazing how your first encounter with an employee can set the tone for the rest of the stay! The rooms were quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Monica!
This will be my "go to" Denver Airport hotel from now on! I had a king suite which was a fantastic design both functionally and aesthetically from the swivel TV to the seating options to the bountiful plugs to the wardrobe/bathroom combo and super cool shower! Shuttle service to airport. Nice breakfast with nice seating options. $15 night self park fee if you have a car. And having a Circle K next door was handy. Highly recommend!
It is a nice place to stay. It is not far from the airport and rental car return. Rooms have always been well maintained and comfortable.
We made a last minute decision to stay in Denver overnight before we headed to Breckenridge and I am so glad we chose this hotel. For starters, the staff was amazing. I called about a late checkout and they accommodated me without issue. Upon arrival at the airport, they sent a shuttle and we were transported over without issues. We had some lost luggage and didn't have any toiletries. The front desk was SO helpful about getting us the items we needed, and they also knew our luggage would be delivered, and we asked that they call right away, no matter the time. They did just that around 2am in the morning. They were friendly the entire time. The hotel was spotless! Our room was so welcoming after a long day and late night. We had a WONDERFUL breakfast the next morning! 0 complaints. I would also add that the area is very safe and this hotel has better curb appeal than the others. We had a great stay and would stay here again without question!
